Fierce Hearts | Open Hearts takes you through the process of building a devotional relationship with Venus Herself – as deity – and with the Venusian.This journey is coalescing at a time when the reality of our collective situation is chaotic and bleak. It is dedicated to the knowledge that our future is unwritten, and that the work of grounding into our own stories, our loves, and our relationships (with self, other, planet and gods) is a necessary part of refusing the stories being written by those who would seek to dominate and destroy.
Fierce Hearts | Open Hearts is inspired by a vision of the world that centers love as a multidimensional and integral way of being. It will take you on a journey of strengthening your fierce open-heartedness. It is dedicated to a future when we can look back on this moment and see it as a turning point that brought us into a world of thriving beauty and sacred reverence for life rather than an ending and failure.
Although this course first ran during a Venus retrograde period, it has been adapted to suit any time period -- and will be run during the Scorpio/Libra Venus retrograde in autumn 2026. The first four weeks will include devotional practices meant to explore the potentials and possibilities of a more fiery Venus nature while the last three weeks will center the potentials and possibilities of more “watery” sides of Venus – while recognizing the challenges of both energetics, and the multidimensionality of Venus as living goddess.
The course includes:
Eight weekly lessons that each include an introduction, a ritual to perform on Friday, guided divination, 2-3 reflection prompts and a daily practice audio recording for the week
A PDF guide to devotional practice and offerings
Two recorded guided energy healings; one for energetic soothing, one for repositioning and/or clearing the energy of specific relationships in your field (sent out during the middle of the course)
Live gatherings are not part of this experience. If you would like the opportunity to come together with others you can join my Patreon at either Venus Tier for access to incentives including live gatherings, all of which include time for QA and group practice. Patron-only live gatherings will take place 9/24 at 6pm Pacific (Full Moon Circle); Saturday, 10/24 at 11am, Saturday, 11/14 at 11am; these will include some kind of guided process and time for sharing/QA.
Please note: The meditations during weeks five and six will greatly benefit from your commitment to practice earlier in the course. You will have the opportunity (and therefore choice) to tune into and transmute your own suffering and the suffering of the collective. We will be incorporating a take on Buddhist Tonglen meditation into this part of the course. Tonglen meditation aims to build compassion and empathy by working with the heart as a vessel for feeling, acknowledging and transmuting pain and suffering. It is not for everyone, and you will still get plenty out of the course without participating in that part.
